Our Services
Non-Destructive Testing
Our offer is built on many years of experience and advanced technology in non-destructive testing, ensuring reliable assessment of the quality and safety of materials and structures. Trust the specialists in the field!
Visual Testing VT
Involves a thorough inspection of the surface of materials and structures to detect visible defects, such as cracks, corrosion, or welding inconsistencies. This is a basic inspection method, often serving as the first step in assessing the technical condition of materials.
Magnetic Particle Testing MT
A method used to detect surface and near-surface defects in ferromagnetic materials. It involves applying magnetic powder, which reveals defects through interactions with a magnetic field.
Penetrant Testing PT
A technique for detecting surface defects, such as cracks or inclusions, using a penetrant dye. This allows for accurate visual detection of any imperfections.
Ultrasonic Testing UT
An advanced method for evaluating the internal structure of materials and detecting internal defects using ultrasonic waves. It allows for precise analysis of material thickness and integrity.
Radiographic Testing RT
A technique that uses X-ray or gamma radiation to inspect materials for internal defects, such as cracks or porosity, that are not visible on the surface.
Leak Testing of Welded Joints LT
This service detects any potential leaks in welded joints, which is critical for ensuring the integrity and safety of structures, especially in pressure installations.
Mobile Positive Material Identification PMI
A fast and accurate method for determining the chemical composition of metals and alloys without disassembly, using portable devices that allow on-site material verification.
Hardness Tests HT
Hardness testing allows us to assess how strong and wear-resistant a material is, which is crucial when selecting the right raw materials for the production of elements that must withstand heavy loads or intensive use. This allows us to ensure greater durability and safety of the final products.
Paint Coating Thickness Test
Paint coating thickness testing is the process of measuring the thickness of paint or varnish layers applied to a surface to ensure their proper protection and aesthetics.
