Positive Material Identification (PMI) analysis of the chemical composition of metals is vital in many industries, such as petrochemicals, energy and aerospace. We use a professional Olympus Delta INNOVx instrument, which uses X-ray fluorescence (XRF) to identify elements in metal samples. This technology allows us to accurately and quickly determine the content of elements such as iron, nickel, chromium, copper and other metals. We have the test results in seconds. We also have the software to store and analyse the acquired results. We are able to accurately identify almost any steel grade on site.
