For measurements, we use Phynix Surfix Pro equipment. This is a precise and advanced coating thickness measurement device that is widely used in various industries. We can test coating thicknesses on a variety of substrates, both magnetic (steel) and non-magnetic (aluminium, copper). Our equipment automatically recognises whether the substrate is ferromagnetic or non-magnetic, allowing for faster and more precise measurements. The high accuracy of measurement, is particularly important in the case of thin coatings, where even small deviations can affect the quality of the product.
